摘　　要：塔里木油田库车前陆盆地地质情况复杂,一般采用127 mm或139.7 mm小尺寸尾管完井,使用性能可靠的永久式封隔器。受限于小井眼的特殊条件,小井眼封隔器处理属于世界性难题,国内外尚不能建立成熟的处置程序。中秋102井是库车前陆盆地中秋1号构造的一口评价井,由于前期求产结果未达预期,拟对下部储层进行补孔,与上部储层合采,需要对井内管柱及139.7 mm封隔器进行处理。以本井小井眼封隔器处理实践为例,建立了一套可操作性强的139.7 mm永久式封隔器处理做法,对油田其他小井眼封隔器处理作业具有重要的借鉴意义。The geological conditions of Kuqa foreland basin in Tarim Oilfield are complex.Generally,127 mm(5")or 139.7 mm(51/2")small-size liner completion is adopted,and the permanent packer with reliable performance is used.Limited by the special conditions of slim hole,the treatment of packer in slim hole is a worldwide problem,and there is no mature treatment procedure at home and abroad.Well Zhongqiu 102 is an evaluation well of Zhongqiu No.1 Structure in Kuqa foreland basin.Because the early production results did not meet the expectations,it is planned to make up the hole in the lower reservoir and jointly produce with the upper reservoir.It is necessary to treat the pipe string and 139.7 mm packer in the well.Taking the treatment of slim hole packer in this well as an example,a set of treatment method of 139.7 mm permanent packer with strong operability is established,which has important reference significance for the treatment of other slim hole packers in the oilfield.
