摘　　要：按照SY/T 5600—2016《石油电缆测井作业技术规范》要求,变密度仪器在测井前必须要在施工井筒内寻找一段自由套管(即套管外层与地层之间无水泥的井段,以下称空套)井段进行刻度。但通过现场监督检查发现,测井小队大多数都采用调用刻度的办法进行声幅-变密度仪器测井,原因是现在所有固井设计水泥浆要返至地面,理论上没有空套井段。所以,测井操作工程师也就无法进行声幅-变密度仪器刻度,只能调用以前的测井刻度。其实并非如此,通过测井监督现场调查和变密度测井资料检查,有相当一部分井是有空套井段的,只是空套井段的长短不同。因此测井前必须仔细查找空套井段,不能轻易调用刻度,如果调用刻度使用不当,将会影响变密度测井资料的精度,最终将影响固井质量的评估。因此使用声幅-变密度仪器测井时,一是应该正确调用刻度;二是尽量减少调用刻度。According to the requirements of SY/T 5600-2016“Technical Specification for Petroleum Wireline Logging Operation”,a section of free casing(i.e.the section without cement between the outer layer of casing and the formation,hereinafter referred to as empty casing)must be found in the construction wellbore before logging to calibrate the variable density instrument.However,according to inspection of on-site supervisors,it is found that most logging teams use the call scale in acoustic amplitude-variable density instrument logging.The reason is that all cementing design requires that cement slurry must return to the ground,and there is no empty casing section in theory.Therefore,the logging engineer can not scale the acoustic amplitude-variable density logging instrument,but can only call the previous logging scale.However,the actual situation is not the case.According to the field investigation of logging supervisors and the inspection of variable density logging data,there are wells without empty casing sections,but not all wells.A considerable number of wells have empty casing sections,but the length of empty casing sections is different.Therefore,the empty casing section must be carefully found before logging,and the call scale cannot be easily used.If the call scale is not used properly,the accuracy of variable density logging data will be affected,and finally the evaluation of cementing quality will be affected.Therefore,it is suggested that when using acoustic amplitude-variable density logging instrument,one should call the scale correctly,and the other is to reduce the call scale.
