摘  要:在综述企业业务组织架构一般性变革及其原因的基础上,梳理分析了在能源转型背景和“碳中和”愿景下国际石油公司业务组织架构变革情况。选取了英国石油公司、意大利埃尼集团和斯伦贝谢公司等3个典型国际石油公司的具体案例开展分析,通过总结特征、规律和趋势得出了相关启示,即:国际石油公司此次业务组织架构变革应对国际油气市场和能源转型、低碳发展愿景反应迅速,在融入大量新时代技术因素的同时,也保持了一定程度的战略定力。这些启示可为中国石油公司开展业务组织架构和业务流程优化提供参考借鉴。On the basis of summarizing the general reforms of enterprise business organizational structure and its causes,this article analyzes the changes of business organizational structures concerning international oil companies against the background of energy transition towards the vision of“carbon neutrality”.The specific cases of three typical international oil companies have been selected and analyzed which include British Petroleum Company,Eni S.p.A.and Schlumberger Ltd.Combining the characteristics,rules and trends,related enlightenment has been concluded.Namely,international oil companies have been active in joining this change of the business organization structure.They’ve responded quickly to the international oil and gas market,energy transition and the low-carbon development vision.In addition,they’ve maintained a certain degree of strategic focus while incorporating plenty of technological factors of the new era.Such enlightenment could provide reference for Chinese oil companies to carry out the business organizational structure and business process optimization.
