摘　　要：当今世界正处于百年未有之大变局,科技成为大国博弈的焦点,中国要实现石化产业高质量发展,建成世界石化强国,还有诸多技术问题亟待解决。从仪器仪表、工业软件、高端润滑油脂、高端化工材料、设备等方面进行详细分析,系统阐述了当前中国石化行业发展面临的关键技术问题及原因,并针对性地提出了相关建议和措施——中国石化产业应加强基础研究、推进高端仪器设备国产化、构建科技创新联合体、鼓励企业使用国产技术、积极发展新兴化学品产业。The world is in the midst of a century of unprecedented change.Science and technology have become the focus of the game among big countries.A series of technical problems need to be solved before China becomes a world petrochemical power and achieve high-quality development in terms of China’s petrochemical industry.Detailed analysis was made from the aspect of instruments,industrial software,high-end grease,high-end chemical materials,equipment,et al.The key technical problems and the causes for the current development of China’s petrochemical industry were systematically expounded.Relevant suggestions and measures were proposed accordingly,including strengthening basic research,promoting the localization of high-end equipment,building scientific and technological innovation consortia,encouraging enterprises to use domestic technologies,and actively develop the emerging chemical industry and other aspects.
