摘 要:原油加热输送过程中,现有水套炉和电加热技术能耗较大,为降低运输成本,寻找一种节能、经济效益好的加热工艺显得尤为重要。CO_(2)空气源热泵能够充分利用自然资源、运行安全稳定、节能效果好,为替代现有加热技术提供了方向。对东北地区某油田应用CO_(2)空气源热泵进行工程效益分析,研究其替代现有技术的可行性。结果表明,某年产量8400 t的单口油井使用CO_(2)空气源热泵加热技术后,每年节省费用2.61×10^(4)元,节省率达37.99%,且回收年限在10年左右;综合耗能减少5479.89 kgce,节能13.73%,并能进一步减少污染物排放,节能环保优势显著。During the heating and transportation of crude oil,the existing water jacket furnace and electric heating technology consume a lot of energy.With an aim to reduce the transportation cost,it is particularly crucial to seek a heating process with good energy saving and economic benefits.CO_(2)air source heat pump could make full use of natural resources and guarantee safe and steady operation and favourable energy conservation effect,which provides the direction to replace the existing heating technology.This article tries to conduct the engineering effect analysis on a oil field in North-East China by way of CO_(2)air source heat pump.As a result,as a single well,with its yearly output as 8400 tons,used the technology of CO_(2)air source heat pump,an expense of 2.61×10^(4) yuan was saved every year with a saving rate as 37.99%and the duration of recycle as about 10 years;besides,5479.89 kgce of the comprehensive energy consumption was reduced,with 13.73%of energy saved.Furthermore,it can reduce pollutant emissions which shows the advantage of energy saving and environmental protection.
