固视训练联合护理干预在白内障超声乳化手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨固视训练联合护理干预在白内障超声乳化手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将130例行白内障超声乳化手术患者随机分为研究组和对照组各65例,对照组给予眼科基础护理措施,研究组给予固视训练联合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组调整眼位次数、手术时间、术后1个月视力恢复情况、遵医行为比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组出院1个月低视力者生活质量量表(LVQOL)评分高于入院时(P<0.05),研究组出院1个月LVQOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:固视训练联合护理干预可改善白内障超声乳化手术患者的手术效果和遵医行为,提高术后生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of fixation training combined with nursing intervention in patients with cataract ultrasonic emulsification operation.Methods:A total of 130 cases uf patients who underwent cataract ultrasonic emulsification surgery were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 65 in each group,the control group was given ophthalmic basic nursing measures,the research group was given fixation training combined with nursing intervention,comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:There were significant differences between both groups in eye position adjustment times,operation time,postoperative 1 month vision recovery,compliance behavior(P<0.05).The low vision quality of life scale(LVQOL)scores 1 month after discharge were higher in both groups than those on admission(P<0.05),and were higher in the research group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fixation training combined with nursing intervention can improve the surgical effect in patients who underwent cataract ultrasonic emulsification operation and compliance behavior,and improve the postoperative quality of life.
