摘　　要：人工成本是企业的竞争力和市场盈利能力的一个影响因素,采用自动化技术进行辅助是一个历史趋势;自动化有利于减少员工劳动强度、企业用工量。湿法冶金经过长期的发展,与火法相比有对环境污染少(不要)。基于此,就需要对日常参数巡检记录的方式进行优化升级,加入自动化在线参数采集装置,最终形成报告或预警提示。The labor cost is one of the factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises and the market profitability.It is a historical trend to use automation technology to assist.Automation helps to reduce the labor intensity of employees and the amount of labor used by enterprises.After a long period of development,hydrometallurgy has less environmental pollution compared with fire.Based on this,it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the way of daily parameter inspection record,add automatic online parameter collection device,and finally form a report or early warning prompt.
