摘　　要：目的探讨利拉鲁肽注射液对2型糖尿病患者血糖的改善及对炎症因子、微循环的影响。方法选取2016年3月~2019年2月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者190例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各95例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组应用利拉鲁肽注射液进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的血清炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、血糖水平[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)]及微循环状况。结果治疗前两组血清中CRP、TNF-α以及IL-6水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组血清炎性因子水平均有所降低,且观察组CRP、TNF-α以及IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组FPG、2 h PG以及HbA1C均高于正常水平,且差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后两组血糖水平均有所降低,且观察组FPG、2 h PG以及HbA1C均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组低切、高切、血浆粘度、血沉无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组低切、高切、血浆粘度、血沉均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者应用利拉鲁肽注射液进行治疗,可降低炎性因子水平,有效调节机体血糖水平和改善微循环。Objective To investigate the effect of liraglutide treatment on blood glucose and inflammatory factors and microcirculation in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 190 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group received routine treatment,and the research group was treated with liraglutide injection.The serum inflammatory factors,blood glucose levels and microcirculation of the two groups were compared.Results The serum levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were not significantly different before treatment(P>0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were reduced after treatment,and the levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,FPG,2hPG and HbA1C of the two groups were higher than the normal level,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,blood glucose levels of the two groups were reduced,and FPG,2hPG and HbA1C of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in low-cut,high-cut,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(P>0.05).After treatment,the results of low-cut,high-cut,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with liraglutide injection can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and effectively regulate the level of blood glucose and improve microcirculation.
