摘 要:为了考察铝合金复合板作为楼板体系时装配式构造连接的承载性能,对一足尺铝合金复合楼板试件进行了极限受弯承载力试验。铝合金复合楼板水平放置在位于四个角部的铰支座上,以平铺粘土砖模拟面荷载,对铝合金复合楼板进行加载和卸载试验,通过分析测点挠度和应变,分析该楼板构造连接的承载性能;为了考察集中荷载与面荷载作用的差异,以8名志愿者的体重模拟集中荷载作用,对比研究铝合金复合楼板在承载集中荷载时与承载面荷载时的受力性能。加载试验结果表明,铝合金复合楼板的装配式构造连接具有较大的承载能力,面荷载可达8.94kN/m^(2);卸载试验结果表明,铝合金复合楼板的可恢复变形占其总变形的40%~60%。复合楼板处于弹性受力阶段时,集中加载与面荷载加载时的挠度曲线差异较小,可忽略荷载类型不同带来的影响。铝合金复合楼板的整体抗弯刚度建议按140kN·m^(2)取值。In order to investigate the bearing capacity of the prefabricated structural connection when the aluminum alloy composite slab is used as a floor system,a full-scale aluminum alloy composite slab test piece was tested for the ultimate bending capacity.The aluminum alloy composite floor slab was placed horizontally on the hinged supports at the four corners,and the uniform load was simulated with tiled clay bricks to conduct on the aluminum alloy composite slab in loading and unloading processes.By analyzing the deflection and strain of the measured points,the bearing capacity of the floor structural connection was analyzed.In order to investigate the difference between concentrated load and uniform load,the weight of 8 volunteers was used to simulate concentrated load,and the stress state of aluminum alloy composite floor slab under concentrated load and uniform load was studied.The loading test results show that the prefabricated structural connection of aluminum alloy composite slab has a large bearing capacity,and the uniform load can reach 8.94 kN/m^(2).The unloading test results show that the recoverable deformation of aluminum alloy composite slab accounts for 40%~60%of its total deformation.When the composite floor is in elastic stage,the difference of deflection curves between concentrated load and uniform load is not obvious,and the influence of different loading manner can be ignored.The overall bending stiffness of aluminum alloy composite plate is recommended to be 140 kN·m^(2).
