摘　　要：随着国家在城市信息模型(CIM)基础平台相关政策文件、标准规范的进一步完善,以CIM技术支撑的智慧建筑、智慧社区、智慧园区、智慧校园等"CIM+"应用得到广泛推进。本文以山东第一医科大学济南主校区CIM运维管理平台建设为主线,以提升济南主校区的校园生活服务品质,打造以人为本、科技赋能的智慧校园为出发点,充分利用GIS、BIM、AIOT等新一代信息技术为支撑,重点开展校园生活服务、安全服务和运维服务等应用创新,全方位重塑校园安全、体验、节能和效率,为国内以CIM技术为支撑的智慧校园提供建设实践。With the further improvement of relevant national policy documents,standards and specifications on the basic platform of urban information model(CIM),the application of"CIM+"such as smart buildings,smart communities,smart parks and smart campuses supported by CIM technology has been widely promoted.This paper takes the construction of CIM operation and maintenance management platform in Jinan main campus of Shandong First Medical University as the main line,takes improving the campus life service quality of Jinan main campus,building a people-oriented and science and technology enabled smart campus as the starting point,makes full use of GIS,BIM,AIOT and other new generation information technologies as the support,and focuses on the application innovation of campus life service,security service and operation and maintenance service,comprehensively reshape campus security,experience,energy conservation and efficiency,and provide construction practice for domestic smart campus supported by CIM technology.
