依托服装院校人才培养优势打造“三地一体”纺织服装产业链

摘　　要：为策应我省“十四五”纺织工业高质量发展规划,实现2023年江西纺织服装产业5000亿元的奋斗目标,课题组成员深入省内外多地调研。在总结我省服装产业近年来取得的显著成效和良好发展态势的同时,指出纺织服装产业链不健全、产业布局碎片化、服装品牌实力不足、服装人才外流严重、高端人才团队缺乏等问题和原因。提出由政府主导,校企行业协同推进“设计基地、生产基地、市场基地”三地一体产业链的形成纺织服装产业链形成的相关对策建议。In order to cooperate with the province's 14th Five-Year Plan for the high-quality development of the textile industry,members of the research team conducted in-depth investigations in many places both inside and outside the province to achieve the goal of 500 billion yuan in Jiangxi's textile and garment industry in 2023.While summarizing the remarkable achievements and good development trend of the clothing industry in our province in recent years,it also pointed out the problems and reasons such as the imperfect textile and clothing industry chain,the fragmentation of the industrial layout,the insufficient strength of clothing brands,the serious outflow of clothing talents,and the lack of high-end talent teams.The research group put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the formation of the textile and apparel industry chain,which is led by the government and the school-enterprise industry to promote the formation of a three-in-one industrial chain of design base,production base,and market base.
