清肝降压胶囊治疗原发性高血压有效性和安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价清肝降压胶囊治疗原发性高血压的有效性及安全性。方法系统检索万方数据库、中国知网数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、EMbase、PubMed、The Cochrane Library,检索时间为建库至2020年11月1日所有关于清肝降压胶囊治疗原发性高血压的文献。由两位研究者对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价并采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9项随机对照研究,涉及1226例病人,其中试验组613例,对照组613例。Meta分析结果显示:试验组提高总有效率[RR=1.13,95%CI(1.07,1.18),P<0.00001]、改善收缩压[MD=-11.37,95%CI(-12.91,-9.83),P<0.00001]和舒张压[SMD=-0.99,95%CI(-1.12,-0.86),P<0.00001]优于对照组。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义[RR=0.55,95%CI(0.27,1.13),P=0.10]。结论现有证据表明:清肝降压胶囊联合西医治疗原发性高血压有一定疗效,能较好地控制血压。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qinggan Jiangya Capsules in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods Wanfang Data Resource System Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese science and technology periodical database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,EMbase,PubMed,and The Cochrane Library were searched to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Qinggan Jiangya Capsules in the treatment of essential hypertension from the establishment to November 1,2020.The methodological quality of the included literatures was evaluated by two researchers.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 9 literatures were included,involving 1226 patients,613 cases in the experimental group and 613 cases in the control group.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the clinical efficacyin the experimental group was increased[RR=1.13,95%CI(1.07,1.18),P<0.00001],the systolic blood pressure[MD=-11.37,95%CI(-12.91,-9.83),P<0.00001]and diastolic blood pressure improvement[SMD=-0.99,95%CI(-1.12,-0.86),P<0.00001]were better than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was no statistically significant[RR=0.55,95%CI(0.27,1.13),P=0.10].Conclusion Current evidence showed that Qinggan Jiangya Capsules combined with western medicine in the treatment of essential hypertension was more effective,and safety.
