摘  要:某水电站由于原始设计中的选型错误,导致电站水力参数与水轮机参数不相符,两台机组多年来无法正常高效运行,现有水力模型中无法找到可兼容的合适转轮。为此,研究采用传统水力设计方法设计了一个与该型水轮机流道尺寸相匹配且与电站水力参数相吻合的特型转轮,并运用CFD技术进行了水轮机全流道模拟分析。模拟结果表明,设计的转轮效率可达81%,最大出力可达170 kW,满足预期要求,为增容改造方案的可行性提供了依据。据此结果制造的水轮机在电站投运后达到了160 kW的预期目标。A turbine has failed to perform effectively for many years,due to the consistency between the hydraulic parameter of the power station and that of the turbine caused by the mistaken choice in the initial design of that power station,and a suitable compatible runner cannot be found in existing hydraulic models.To solve this problem,a special runner that matches both the flow channel in size and the power station hydraulic parameters has been designed using conventional method in this paper,and has gone through the whole flow channel simulation using CFD technique.The result of that simulation showed that the efficiency of this newly designed runner can reach up to 81%,and the maximum output can reach 170 kW,which meet the expected requirements,and thus providing a solid foundation for a feasible capacity-increasing transformation.The constructed turbine based on this result has been put to use and has met the expected output goal of 160 kW.
