摘　　要：双循环新发展格局背景下的长江经济带建设具有显著的中国特色,并需要以形成中国特色社会主义的经济循环理论来指导实践,以长江经济带作为中介变量的双循环新发展格局的理论框架体现了发展长江经济带对于促进国内产业自主升级的重要作用,也是国内产业深嵌世界经济大循环的有利抓手。未来应继续坚持长江经济带战略,加快要素自由流动,提升复杂技术产业在国内区域分工和长江经济带全要素生产率,加快长江经济带区域一体化发展,促进国内产业融入全球价值链高端环节,打造“一带一路”在长江经济带的支撑节点,形成以长江经济带为中介的国内国际双循环相互支撑的良性局面。The construction of the Yangtze Economic Belt under the background of the double-cycle new development pattern has remarkable Chinese characteristics,and needs to be guided by the economic cycle theory of forming socialism with Chinese characteristics,the theoretical framework of the new double-cycle development pattern with the Yangtze River Economic Belt as an intermediary variable reflects the important role of the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in promoting the independent upgrading of domestic industries,it is also an advantageous hand for the domestic industry to be deeply embedded in the great circulation of the world economy.In the future,we should continue to adhere to the strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,speed up the free flow of factors,and upgrade the division of labor in the domestic regions of the complex technology industry and the total factor productivity of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,we will accelerate regional integration of the Yangtze Economic Belt,integrate domestic industries into the high-end segments of the global value chain,and create a support node for the Belt and Road in the Yangtze Economic Belt,form the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the intermediary of the domestic and international double-cycle of mutual support of the benign situation.
