摘 要:汽车在行驶过程中工况会随时发生变化,且传动系统在输入、输出时会存在强耦合性,原来的控制算法难以帮助汽车实现无级变速。基于此种情况,提出了应用综合模糊控制策略控制传动系统输入、输出的想法。设计了油门自组织和速比参数自调整模糊控制器,并对其进行了仿真实验,实验结果表明,这种基于综合模糊控制器设计的汽车无级变速传动系统具备更好的控制力。除了仿真实验,还进行了整车道路实验,深层验证了系统的正确性,证明应用该系统后,可以有效的解决以往汽车动力性与经济性不协调的问题。In view of the fact that the working conditions of the car change at any time,and the transmission system has strong coupling during input and output processes,the original control algorithm is difficult to help the car realize continuously variable transmission.Based on this situation,comprehensive fuzzy control strategy is used to control the input and output of the transmission system.The throttle self-organization and speed ratio parameter self-adjusting fuzzy controllers are designed,and the simulation experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that the automobile continuously variable transmission system designed based on the comprehensive fuzzy controller has better control ability.In addition to simulation experiments,a whole-vehicle road experiment is also carried out,which verifies the correctness of the system in depth,and proves that the application of the system can effectively solve the problem of inconsistency between vehicle power and economy in the past.
