摘 要:排队论常用于解决拥塞或阻滞问题,增加服务台是缓解排队、提高运作效率的有效方法,但势必会增加运营成本,效率和成本的折衷是研究难点.目前对于单级排队问题的研究较为成熟和完善,在借鉴相关成果基础上本文从效率和成本视角研究多级排队问题.基于K鲜切花拍卖市场的运营数据,建立拍卖分货的两级排队系统模型,利用Flexsim软件进行模拟运作,得到相关仿真数据.以分货时间、员工人数、有效工时、等待损失等指标作为依据,计算两级分货作业的总成本,综合考虑效率和成本得到人员优化配置方案.仿真结果表明,优化方案可以有效提高拍市的分货效率和服务水平、降低分货作业的总成本,研究结果可以为同类多级排队系统的人员或服务台配置提供实践指导和研究参考.Queuing theory is often used to solve congestion and queue problems.Increasing service desks is an effective means to alleviate queuing and improve operating efficiency,but it will inevitably increase operating costs.The balance between efficiency and cost is a research difficulty.At present,the research on the single-stage queuing problem is relatively mature and perfect.This paper studies the multi-stage queuing problem from the perspective of efficiency and cost based on the related research results.Based on the operating data of the K cut flower auction market,a two-stage queuing system model of auction and distribution was established.Flexsim software is used to simulate operation and obtain relevant operating data.The total cost of the two-stage cargo distribution operation is calculated based on the delivery time,the number of employees,effective working time,waiting loss,etc.The optimal staffing plan is obtained considering efficiency and cost.The simulation results show that the optimized scheme can effectively improve the efficiency and service level of goods distribution and reduce the total cost of goods distribution.The research results provide practical guidance and research reference for personnel or service desk configuration similar to multi-stage queuing systems.
