维持性血液透析患者中华生存质量及相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的:评估血液透析充分性对维持性血液透析患者生存质量的影响,并探究其影响因素,为改善患者的生存质量提供临床依据。方法:应用中华生存质量量表(CHQOL)对维持性血液透析患者进行问卷调查,并对患者的一般、临床相关因素与患者的中华生存质量进行分析,寻找影响患者中华生存质量的因素。结果:透析充分组较透析不充分组在生存质量的第一维度"气色"、"睡眠"、"怒"和"惊恐"方面以及第二维度"形"和"总体生存质量"上改善更为明显。年龄与患者的第二维度形、神均呈负相关;血钾与形维度呈负相关,而Kt/V与患者形维度呈正相关。结论:对于MHD患者,年龄、透析充分性、血钾是影响中华生存质量的重要因素。Objective:To evaluate the effect of hemodialysis adequacy on the quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients and explore the affecting factors,to provide clinical basis for improving the quality of life of the patients.Methods:The Chinese quality of life scale was used to investigate the maintenance hemodialysis patients,and the general and clinical related factors and the results of Chinese quality of life were analyzed to find the factors affecting the Chinese quality of life.Results:The first dimension of quality of life,“complexion”,“sleep”,“anger”and“panic”,and the second dimension,“shape”and“overall quality of life”,were significantly improved.Age was negatively correlated with the patient’s second dimension shape and spirit;serum potassium was negatively correlated with the shape dimension,while Kt/V was positively correlated with the patient shape dimension.Conclusion:For MHD patients,age,dialysis adequacy and serum potassium are important factors affecting the quality of life in China.
