摘 要:近年来,建筑3D打印技术引起广泛关注并获得成功应用。虽然逐层增材建造的方式赋予其高度的灵活性,却难以实现钢筋笼的同步植入,极大地限制了其工程应用,而高效的加筋增韧方法是混凝土3D打印结构化应用的核心和关键。为此,综述国内外混凝土3D打印结构的增韧方法及研究成果,对比分析各种方法的优势、特点以及适用性,旨在为提高和优化混凝土3D打印结构的承载安全性提供科学合理的指导和参考,进一步推进建筑3D打印技术的工程实际应用。In recent years,3 D printing has attracted widespread attention and has been successfully applied in the field of civil engineering.The layer-by-layer additive manufacturing method gives it a high degree of flexibility,but it is difficult to achieve the simultaneous implantation of the steel cage,which greatly limits its engineering application.Efficient reinforcement and toughening methods are the core and key to the structural application of 3 D concrete printing.The toughening methods and research results of 3 D printed concrete structures at home and abroad were summarited,the advantages,characteristics,and applicability of various methods were compared and analyzed.This paper aimed to provide scientific and reasonable suggestions for the improvement of bearing safety of 3 D printed concrete structures and further promoting the practical application of 3 D concrete printing technique.
