以科研为导向的教学模式在中医院校护理本科生眼耳鼻喉口腔科护理学理论授课中的研究探讨

摘　　要：探索以科研为导向的教学模式在中医院校护理本科生眼耳鼻喉口腔科护理学理论授课中的应用效果及护生学习满意度情况,以促进本课程理论授课的教学改革,更好地培养我校本科护生的基本科研能力,为课程修订和更好地进行专题训练提供理论依据。采用调查研究问卷法,对本校2015级和2016级护理本科生进行调查。课程结束后,对教学效果进行问卷调查及评价,两组间的成绩比较用SPSS21.0软件包进行独立样本T检验。实验组理论综合成绩为(92.3±6.5)分,对照组为(88.3±2.3)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护生对我校以科研为导向的教学模式满意良好率达98%,实验组护生学习满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。以科研为导向的教学模式能激发在校本科护生的学习兴趣,有效提高护生理论综合成绩,护生对教学效果满意度高。The research explores the application effect of the teaching mode oriented by scientific research in theory teaching of eye,ear,nose,throat and stomatology for nursing undergraduates in traditional Chinese medicine colleges,in order to promote the teaching reform of curriculum theory teaching,better cultivate the basic scientific research ability of undergraduates,and provide theoretical references for curriculum revise and special training.The questionnaire survey was done to investigate nursing undergraduates of 2015 and 2016 grades.At the end of the course,questionnaire survey and evaluation on teaching effect are done.SPSS 21.0 software was used to do independent-samples T test on the results between two groups.The comprehensive result of experiment group is(92.3±6.5),and that of control group is(88.3±2.3).There is statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The good rate of the satisfaction of teaching mode oriented by scientific research reaches 98%,and the satisfaction of experiment group is better than control group(P<0.05).Teaching mode oriented by scientific research can stimulate the learning interest of undergraduate nurses,and effectively improve the comprehensive results of nursing theory.Student nurses have high satisfaction on teaching effect.
