摘 要:研究基于2017年地方本科院校转型发展调查数据,建立计量模型分析学校和院系组织转型维度,以及组织转型类型对“双师型”教师队伍建设的影响,包括对教师行业企业经验(“引进来”)、挂职锻炼月数(“走出去”)以及开展企业生产实践类培训的影响。研究发现,教师挂职锻炼不够深入,培训内容针对性不强;实践教学改革与教师认同有助于“双师型”教师队伍建设;学校层面的行政强推与严格考核有助于提高教师的行业企业经验,但不适用于推动企业生产实践类培训;学校转型深入有助于深入开展挂职锻炼和企业生产实践类培训。为进一步推动“双师型”教师队伍建设,研究从宏观政策环境、院校管理、教师特点三个层面提出了建议。Based on the survey data of the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities in 2017,this study stablishes an econometric model to analyze the impact of the dimensions and types of organizational transformation of universities,colleges and departments on the construction of“Double qualified”teachers,that is,the impact on teachers’experience of industry and enterprise(“bring in”),the duration months of on-the-job training(“going out”)and the carrying out of the practice training of enterprise production.The study finds that:teachers’on-the-job training is not deep enough,and the pertinence of training content is not strong;the reform of practical teaching and the recognition of teachers are helpful to the construction of“Double-qualified”teachers;the strict administrative management and assessment at the school level are helpful to improve teachers’industry and enterprise experiences,but it is not suitable for promoting enterprise production training;the deepening of school transformation is conducive to the in-depth development of the on-the job training and enterprise production practice training.In order to promote the construction of“Double-qualified”teachers,the paper puts forward some suggestions from three aspects:macro policy environment,college management and teachers’characteristics.
