摘　　要：以齐齐哈尔市中心区步行交通系统为研究对象,调查分析城市中心区步行交通系统的特点,指出目前存在的一系列问题:步行交通系统不完善,部分功能缺失,非机动车占用人行通道现象严重,行人过街交通系统组织混乱,部分路段产生人车混行等,参考其他城市的交通系统案例,对比齐齐哈尔城市性质与现有步行交通系统的规模,提出合理建议,以促进步行交通系统的发展,改善人们的步行环境。Through taking pedestrian traffic system of Qiqihar City as the research object,we investigate and analyze the characteristics of pedestrian traffic system in the city,and find the existing a series of problems,such as the imperfect pedestrian traffic system,lack of partial function,the common phenomenon of non-motor vehicles occupying pedestrian path,chaos of pedestrian crossing traffic system organization,and coexistence of people and vehicles in some parts of the road.Through referring to the traffic system cases of other cities,we compare the features of Qiqihar City and current scale of pedestrian traffic system,and propose rational suggestions,in order to promote the development of pedestrian transportation system,and improve people’s pedestrian environment.
