黄山区松褐天牛成虫发生期及海拔分布分析

摘　　要：松材线虫病现已扩散到安徽皖南山区,对黄山风景区的松林安全构成严重威胁,掌握松材线虫病的传播媒介松褐天牛成虫在黄山区的发生期及海拔分布情况,有利于合理制定松褐天牛防治措施,确保黄山区松林安全。2017年5月至11月,在黄山区甘棠镇、耿城镇、焦村镇、太平湖镇、谭家桥镇、乌石镇、新华乡、新明乡、龙门乡、汤口镇运用APF-I型引诱芯引诱松褐天牛成虫,每2周更换一次诱芯,利用有效诱捕的监测数据统计分析,结果显示:纯松树林中诱捕器挂在林缘的比挂在林分中间位置的诱捕效果好,松阔混交林中诱捕器挂在阔叶树上比挂在松树上诱捕效果好,诱芯放置后第三天的诱捕量最大;诱捕量显示松褐天牛成虫活动期为5月11日为羽化始期,6月下旬~7月中旬为羽化盛期,8月中下旬为羽化末期,11月3日为结束期;成虫口密度与松林面积大小无关,但在松树枯死严重的区域,成虫密度明显偏多;成虫密度在海拔100~700m之间无明显差异。5月上旬羽化初期适宜开展化学药剂防治,6月羽化始盛期一定要涵盖在药剂的有效期内,如有必要在此期间再次喷施药剂以达到羽化盛期的防治效果。Pine wilt disease has now spread to the mountainous areas of southern Anhui,which poses a serious threat to the safety of pine forests in the Huangshan Scenic Area.It is necessary to master the occurrence period and altitude distribution of the Monochamus alternatus adults,the spread medium of Pine wilt disease in the Huangshan area so as to determine the suitable prevention and control periods and achieve effective prevention and control effect.In the period from May to November 2017,the APF-I type lure cores were used to lure adults of Monochamus alternatus in 10 townships in Huangshan District such as Gantang Town,Gengcheng Town,Jiaocun Town,Taipinghu Town,Tanjiaqiao Town,Wushi Town,Xinhua Township,Xinming Township,Longmen Township and Tangkou Town.The lure cores were changed once every two weeks,and the monitoring data for effective trapping were used for statistic analysis.The results show that in pure pine forests,the effect of traps hung on the edge of the forest was better than the effect of those hung in the middle of the forest stand,and the trapping effect of the traps hung on broad-leaved trees in the Pinus Massoniana-broadleaved mixed forest was better than the effect of those hung on pine trees.The trapped number was the largest on the third day after the lure cores were placed;The trapped number shows the activity periods of Monochamus alternatus adults are as follows:May 11 is the beginning period of eclosion,late June to mid-July is the peak period of eclosion,mid-to-late August is the end of eclosion,and November 3 is the end period;the population density of adults is independent of the area of the pine forest,but in areas where the pine trees are severely dead,the adults density is obviously higher;There was no significant difference in the population density of adults between 100m and 700m altitude.In early May,it is suitable to carry out the prevention and control of chemical agents during the early stage of eclosion.The June peak period of eclosion must be covered by the effective period of
