摘　　要：为确保我国自主化华龙一号三代核电站用核级仪表卡套接头顺利实现国产化,必须有效提升其密封和可靠性能。后卡套起密封和支撑作用,其表面强化工艺及装置是研发成功的关键。本文分析了核级仪表卡套接头的结构形式及密封原理,提出了研发技术要求,通过对卡套接头装配过程的有限元分析得出应力最为集中的部位为后卡套,需提高后卡套的表面硬度。低温渗碳的表面强化工艺可有效提升后卡套的表面硬度、密封性和抗疲劳性能。本文提出的低温渗碳装置可加快碳原子的吸附与扩散,取得良好的渗碳效果,渗碳后的核级仪表卡套接头通过了设备鉴定试验,对国产化研发成功具有重要意义。To ensure Localization of Nuclear safety Instrument Tube Fitting for HPR1000 third generation nu⁃clear power plant,It’s sealing and reliability performance should be effectively improved.The back Tube Fit⁃ting plays a sealing and supporting role,The surface strengthening technology and equipment of the back Tube Fitting are the key to the success of research.The structural form and sealing principle of the Nuclear safety Instrument Tube Fitting are analyzed in this paper,Putting forward the research technical require⁃ments.Through the finite element analysis of the assembly process of the Tube Fitting,It is concluded that the most concentrated part of stress is the back Tube Fitting.The surface hardness of that shall be improved,Low-Temperature Carburization can Effectively improve the surface hardness、sealing and reliability perfor⁃mance of Tube Fitting.The Low-Temperature Carburization device presented in this paper can accelerate the adsorption and diffusion of carbon atoms,Favorable Carburization effect was obtained.After carburizing,the Nuclear safety Instrument Tube Fitting has passed the Equipment qualification test.It has great significance to the success of Localization.
