摘  要:通过筛选涤纶短纤维油剂单体进行耐候性和纤维可纺性能评价,研制出耐候性涤纶短纤维油剂JDS-301/JDS-302,将此油剂在冬季和夏季于50 kt/a涤纶短纤维工业生产装置上进行应用试验,同时与国外品牌同类油剂TSC-195/TSC-801进行对比,并考察下游纺织厂的应用情况。结果表明:以十八烷基磷酸单酯钾盐作为抗静电剂,鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚和十八烷基磷酸单酯盐共同作为平滑剂,月桂酸聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯酯作为集束剂的涤纶短纤维油剂JDS-301/JDS-302经工业生产应用试验,冬季所生产的中长涤纶短纤维质量与夏季所生产的毛型涤纶短纤维质量与应用国外品牌TSC-195/TSC-801油剂所生产的相应产品质量非常接近,且后道纺纱工序均正常,成纱质量均良好,能满足不同气候条件下纺丝纺纱的工艺要求,具备耐候性应用的特点。A weather resistant spinning finish JDS-301/JDS-302 for polyester staple fiber was developed by screening monomers for spinning finishes and evaluating their weather resistance and fiber spinnability.The spinning finish was applied in 50 kt/a polyester staple fiber industrial production plant in winter and summer and was compared with the foreign spinning finish TSC-195/TSC-801 of the same sort.And the application performance was investigated in downstream textile mills.The results showed that the medium-length polyester staple fiber produced in winter and the wool polyester staple fiber produced in summer by using spinning finish JDS-301/JDS-302 had very similar quality with the ones produced by applying spinning finish TSC-195/TSC-801,and the subsequent spinning processes were normal and the produced yarn was of good quality and the characteristics of weather resistant application,which can meet the spinning process requirements under different climatic conditions,when potassium octadecyl phosphate monoester was used as antistatic agent,cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and octadecyl phosphate monoester as smoothing agent,and polyoxyethylene laurate polyoxypropylene ester as bunching agent.
