摘 要:采用减压蒸馏法、冷冻浓缩法、真空蒸发法对工业级的羟基乙腈进行分离提浓研究。结果表明:减压蒸馏法可将质量分数48.52%的羟基乙腈溶液分离提浓至质量分数97.02%,但羟基乙腈回收率较低为79.80%;冷冻浓缩法可将质量分数48.52%的羟基乙腈溶液1次分离提浓至68.61%,1次回收率为78.92%;真空蒸发法可将质量分数48.52%的羟基乙腈分离提浓至质量分数93.15%,回收率达99.10%,且该方法操作简单、安全,是3种方法中最理想的羟基乙腈分离提浓方法。The separation and concentration of industrial grade glycolonitrile were studied by vacuum distillation,freeze concentration and vacuum evaporation.The results showed that the glycolonitrile solution with a mass fraction of 48.52%could be separated and concentrated to 97.02%by vacuum distillation,but the recovery of glycolonitrile was relatively low,i.e.79.80%;the glycolonitrile solution with a mass fraction of 48.52%could be primarily separated and concentrated to 68.61%by freeze concentration,and the recovery of glycolonitrile was 78.92%;the glycolonitrile solution with a mass fraction of 48.52%could be separated and concentrated to 93.15%by vacuum evaporation,and the recovery of glycolonitrile was 99.10%;and vacuum evaporation was the most ideal separation and concentration method of glycolonitrile among the three methods due to its simple and safe operation.
