摘 要:SF_(6)分解气体在线监测装置在长期运行过程中可能会发生SF_(6)泄漏,严重时会影响一次设备的安全运行,需要对其泄漏状态进行检测。通过比较现有SF_(6)气体泄漏检测方法,本文提出采用非分散红外吸收传感器检测SF_(6)气体泄漏,搭建传感器检测电路及泄漏模拟实验平台,研究传感器对不同泄漏速度、不同泄漏点的响应特性,以及布置位置、进气口朝向对传感器检测特性的影响。结果显示,随着泄漏速度增大,传感器响应增加并最终趋于稳定,且不同位置传感器对三种泄漏点的响应速度、响应值不同,其中3号位置的传感器对三种泄漏点都具有较好的响应特性,是传感器安装的优选位置;同时传感器侧向安装响应速度更快。该技术能对不同速度的SF_(6)泄漏进行实时检测,通过传感器多点布置可以实现对泄漏区域的定位。During the long-term operation of SF_(6)decomposition gas on-line monitoring device,SF_(6)leakage may occur,which will seriously affect the safe operation of primary equipment,so it is necessary to monitor its leakage status.The existing SF_(6)gas leakage detection methods are compared,and a SF_(6)gas leakage monitoring method based on nondispersive infrared absorption sensor is proposed.Then the sensor detection circuit and the leakage simulation experimental platform are built.The response characteristics of the sensor to different leakage rates and leakage points,as well as the influence of layout and inlet orientation on the detection characteristics of the sensor are studied.The results show that with the increase of the leakage rate,the response of the sensor increases,the responses of sensors at different positions to three leakage points are different,and the sensor at position 3 has better response characteristics to the three leakage points,which is the preferred location for sensor installation.Besides,the response characteristic of the side layout is better than that of the forward layout.The technology can monitor SF_(6)leakage at different speeds on-line,and the leakage area can be located by multi-point sensor arrangement.
