摘  要:在天然植物纤维纸浆中添加碳纤维并制成纸,使用电子显微镜及性能测定仪研究了碳纤维对纸组织及性能的影响。结果表明:碳纤维与天然植物纤维能很好地混合;碳纤维的添加对定量的影响不明显;纸的厚度均随着碳纤维含量的增加,先减小,后增加,再减小;随着碳纤维的增加,纸的紧度先快速增加,后快速下降,在含量超过20%后,几乎不再改变;无涂布时,纸耐破度随碳纤维的增加逐渐增加,碳纤维的含量达到20%时,耐破度达到最大值,超过20%,耐破度快速下降。Carbon fiber was added to natural fiber and was made into paper.SEM and instruments of measuring properties were employed to analyze micro-structure and properties.It was shown that carbon fiber could be evenly mixed with natural fiber.Carbon fiber addition had little effect on the basis weight.With increasing carbon fiber,the paper thickness firstly decreased,and then increased,in the end decreased again.As carbon fiber increased,paper density increased at first and then reduced.After carbon fiber was more than 20%,paper density kept unchanged.With no glue coating,the paper bursting strength was improved with carbon fiber addition.When carbon fiber concentration was 20%,bursting strength reached the largest value,after that,it was reduced again.
