摘 要:利用AAO处理技术去除总氮是目前诸多污水处理厂普遍采用的一种处理方式。通过控制运行工艺,活性污泥微生物在去除有机物的同时,也能够去除总氮物质。但存在总氮去除效率低、出水难以达标、投加碳源物质造成运行费用高等疑难问题。特别是亚铵法制浆废水,由于总氮含量高,在不投加碳源情况下,长期保证总氮稳定达标排放十分困难。笔者通过对AAO处理技术的生产实践探索,优化工艺运行参数,成功地解决了总氮去除过程中存在的难题。Using AAO treatment technology to remove total nitrogen is a commonly-used method for many sewage treatment plant.By controlling the operating process,the activated sludge microorganism can be used to remove the total nitrogen as well as the organic matter.However,the total nitrogen removal efficiency is low,the effluent water is difficult to meet the standard,and the addition of carbon source materials causes high operating costs.Especially for the ammonium sulfite pulping waste water,because of high total nitrogen content,without adding carbon source,it is very difficult to ensure the total nitrogen to meet the discharge standard in a long-term.Through exploring the production practice of AAO treatment technology,this paper optimized the process operating parameters and successfully solved the problems in the process of total nitrogen removal.
