超大型浆板气垫干燥器的结构及其应用

摘　　要：对年产能百万吨的超大型气垫干燥器进行介绍。该气垫干燥器运行车速170 m/mi n,浆板幅宽9.6 m,定量1180 g/m^(2),进浆干度53%,出浆干度达88%,是我国目前最大的浆板干燥器之一。本文着重阐述该浆板干燥器的工艺流程和关键设备,针对装备的应用经验提出改进建议,旨在为气垫干燥技术在我国的应用与开发积累实践经验。This paper introduces the super large air cushion dryer with an annual capacity of one million tons.It is one of the largest pulp board dryers in China with an running speed of 170m/min,wide width of 9.6m,base weight of 1180g/m^(2),inlet dryness of 53%,and outlet dryness of 88%.Then,an emphasis is put on the technical process and key equipment of the pulp board dryer in this paper.At last,the application history of the equipment is introduced and some suggestions for improvement are put forward,hoping to provide some practical values for the development and application of the air cushion drying technology in China.
