摘　　要：目的:采用薄层色谱法检查金银花配方颗粒中山银花的成分,灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙为山银花专属含有成分,金银花中不含该成分,鉴别该成分以检查是金银花还是山银花或掺有山银花投料制成配方颗粒。方法:配方颗粒18批,采用薄层色谱法以灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙对照品为对照鉴别金银花配方颗粒是否检出相对应斑点。结果:5批样品检出与灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙对照品相应的斑点,可疑以山银花代替金银花投料或投料中掺有山银花。结论:该方法可有效检查金银花配方颗粒以山银花代替金银花投料或投料中掺有山银花。Objective To check the components of Lonicera japonica Thunb.in Lonicera japonica Thunb.Formula granules by TLC.Lonicera macranthoides saponin B is the exclusive component of Lonicera japonica Thunb.It does not exist in Lonicera japonica Thunb.To identify this component,it is necessary to check whether it is Lonicera japonica Thunb.or mixed with Lonicera japonica Thunb.Methods Eighteen batches of granules were formulated,and TLC was used to identify whether the corresponding spots were detected in honeysuckle granules with Lonicera macranthoides saponin B as control.Results The spots corresponding to Lonicera macranthoides saponin B control were detected in 5 batches of samples,and it was suspected that Lonicera macranthoides was used instead of Lonicera japonica Thunb.or mixed with Lonicera macranthoides Thunb.Conclusion This method can effectively check that Flos Lonicerae is used instead of Flos Lonicerae or mixed with Flos Lonicerae confusase.
