黔产椭圆叶花锚HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:建立椭圆叶花锚HPLC指纹图谱,为黔产椭圆叶花锚药材质量评价提供实验基础。方法:取黔产椭圆叶花锚药材甲醇提取物,分析采用Camesil C_(18)色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm);以25%甲醇溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL;检测波长258 nm,柱温:40℃。结果:建立的HPLC指纹图谱中有14个共有峰,采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相相似度评价系统(2012版)”进行分析,12批样品相似度均大于0.90。通过与对照品保留时间及UV吸收光谱比较,确定12号峰为齐墩果酸。结论:建立的方法简便易行,重复性好,可系统、全面的评价黔产椭圆叶花锚药材质量。Objective To establish chromatographic fingerprints by HPLC of Halenia elliptica D.Don,so as to provide scientific basis for the Halenia elliptica D.Don in Guizhou province.Method Analysis was performed on Camesil C_(18) column(5μm,250 nm×4.6 nm)with gradient mobile phase of 25%Methanol solution-acetonitrile,Flow phase gradient change.The flow rate was 1mL/min and column temperature was 40℃.The detection wavelength was set 258 nm.Results 14 common peaks were confirmed in HPLC fingerprints from 12 batches Halenia elliptica D.Don in Guizhou province.Use similarity evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine(2012 edition)for analysis,The similarity of all 12 samples are greater than 0.90.Comparison with standard substance retention time and UV absorption spectroscopy,confirm that peak 12 is oleanolic acid.Conclusion The method established is simple and easy to repeat,can systematically and comprehensively evaluate the quality of the Halenia elliptica D.Don in Guizhou province.
