摘　　要：过敏性紫癜性肾炎是临床常见的继发性肾脏疾病,紫癜性肾炎如不及时治疗,极易发展为慢性肾衰竭。中医治疗追求治病求本,对过敏性紫癜性肾炎的治疗有良好的疗效。文章将从病名、病因病机及治疗三个方面来对中医药治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎进行综述。Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis is a common clinical secondary kidney disease.If not treated in time,purpura nephritis can easily develop into chronic renal failure.traditional Chinese medicine treatment seeks to cure the disease and seeks the basis for allergic purpura nephritis.The treatment has a good effect.This article will review the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis with Chinese medicine from three aspects:name of disease,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.
