刘龙民教授运用水陆二仙丹为主方治疗老年性夜尿症临证经验

摘　　要：夜尿症是一种难治性疾病,严重影响老年人的生活质量。文章总结了刘龙民教授运用水陆二仙丹为主方治疗老年性夜尿症的临证经验,刘龙民教授认为老年性夜尿症基本病机以脾肾两虚为主,水陆二仙丹为主方治疗可体现整体观念,通过辨证论治,突出主方,配伍得当,取得了显著的疗效。Nocturia is a refractory disease,which seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly.This paper summarizes Professor Liu Longmin s clinical experience in treating senile nocturia with Shuilu Erxian Pill as the main prescription.Pro.Liu Longmin thinks that the basic pathogenesis of senile nocturia is deficiency of spleen and kidney.The use of Shuilu Erxian Pill as the main prescription in the treatment of senile nocturia reflects the overall concept,through syndrome differentiation and treatment,highlights the main prescription,and has achieved remarkable curative effect.
