芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗慢性心衰40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性心衰后伴睡眠障碍患者,随机分为对照组(予以西医常规治疗)、观察组(在对照组基础上加芪苈强心胶囊)各40例。比较两组治疗后心功能[血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)值)]及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI评分)及总有效率。结果:治疗4月后,对照组与观察组心功能指标比较,BNP、LVEDD均下降、LVEF均升高,且观察组上述各指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组PSQI总分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗慢性心衰患者,可改善其心功能,提高睡眠质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with western medicine on heart function and sleep quality of chronic heart failure.Methods 80 patients with sleep disorder after chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group(treated with routine western medicine)and observation group(treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of control group),with 40 cases in each group.The cardiac function(plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and total effective rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results Compared with the observation group,BNP and LVEDD decreased and LVEF increased after 4 months of treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of PSQI in control group was higher than that in observation group(P<0.05).The effective rate of control group was lower than that of observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with western medicine can improve the heart function and sleep quality of patients with chronic heart failure.
