温针灸治疗中风后肩手综合征38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸治疗中风后肩手综合征的临床效果。方法:选取76例中风后肩手综合征患者为研究对象,采用交替分组法将其分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗;观察组采用温针灸治疗,治疗1个月后,比较两组临床疗效、运动功能及疼痛评分。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后FMA评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗中风后肩手综合征效果较好,可有效提高其肢体运动能力,降低疼痛感,疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of warming acupuncture in the treatment of 38 cases of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods 76 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were selected as the research subjects.According to the alternate grouping method,they were divided into 2 groups,with 38 cases in the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture and the observation group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical efficacy,motor function and pain scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the FMA scores of both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS scores of both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.It can effectively improve the motor function of the limbs,reduce the degree of pain,and the efficacy is significant.
