摘　　要：目的增液承气汤治疗功能性便秘临床疗效和安全性的系统评价。方法检索增液承气汤治疗功能性便秘炎的随机对照研究文献,进行数据提取和方法学质量评价,用Revman5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入8篇RCT文献,Meta分析结果显示:增液承气汤治疗功能性便秘临床有效率[RR=1.27,95%CI(1.18,1.37),Z=6.58,P<0.00001],起效时间[RR=1.42,95%CI(1.11,1.82),Z=2.78,P=0.005],均优于对照组,且不良反应发生率低[RR=0.36,95%CI(0.13,0.97),Z=2.03,P=0.04],差异有统计学意义。结论增液承气汤加减治疗功能性便秘临床疗效优于单纯西药及中成药,且安全性较高。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zengye Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods The randomized controlled trials of Zengye Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation were searched.The data were extracted and the methodological quality was evaluated.Meta analysis was performed with Revman 5.3 software.Results Eight RCTs were finally included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the clinical effective rate of Zengye Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation[RR=1.27,95%CI(1.18,1.37),Z=6.58,P<0.00001],onset time[RR=1.42,95%CI(1.11,1.82),Z=2.78,P=0.005]were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was low[RR=0.36,95%CI(0.13,0.97),Z=2.03,P=0.04],and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Zengye Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation is better than that of western medicine and Chinese patent medicine,and the safety is higher.
