摘 要:“十七年”时期(1949—1966年),浙江戏剧巡回演出政策随政治形势变化、行政资源多寡而不断调整:1949—1955年期间主要组织国营剧团和重点民间职业剧团进行下厂、下乡、下部队的社区巡回演出;1956—1957年期间将所有剧团、剧场的演出纳入戏剧巡回演出范围并实施全面的计划管理;1958—1965年期间将县(市)级剧团的巡回演出规划权下放到县(市)级文化主管部门,使县(市)级剧团巡回演出基本限定在属地范围以内。随着行政力量干预的范围更广、程度更深,剧团、剧场等主体逐步失去了自由竞争的市场环境,戏剧演出成为由行政力量直接支配的意识形态宣传活动。During the Seventeen Years,or the first seventeen years of the People’s Republic of China,the policy of Zhejiang theatrical troupes’tours underwent extensive alterations according to changes in the political climate and administrative resources.From 1949 to 1955,state-run theatrical troupes and key private-owned theatrical troupes were organized to perform in communities such as factories,villages,and barracks.From 1956 to 1957,the performances of all the theaters and theatrical troupes were considered theatrical tours and were under comprehensive management.From 1958 to 1965,the right to plan county(city)-level theatrical tours was delegated to county(city)-level cultural authorities,and theatrical tours were limited to local areas.With more extensive and intensive government intervention,a free market was no longer available to entities such as theatrical troupes and theaters,and theatrical performance gradually became government propaganda.
