摘　　要：目的探讨发育性髋关节脱位患儿联合应用髋臼成形术与股骨近端截骨治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月-2019年12月手术治疗的28例发育性髋关节脱位患儿纳入本次研究,所有患儿先采用髋臼成形术治疗,然后于股骨近端旋转截骨。如果患儿年龄>3岁,则增加1~2cm的短缩截骨,在髋臼缘的上方沿着关节囊的附着点采取弧形截骨,并在截骨位置植入异体骨块,随访0.6~2.6年,评价治疗效果。结果28例患儿中,手术效果为“优”的患儿17例、“良”4例、“可”3例、“差”4例,优良率75.00%。结论髋臼成形术并股骨近端截骨在儿童发育性髋关节脱位中具有良好的应用效果,建议推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of acetabuloplasty and proximal femoral osteotomy treatment for developmental dislocation in children.Methods 28 child patients with developmental dislocation received operation from Jan.2017 to Dec.2019 were selected,all child patients were treated with acetabuloplasty first,and then osteotomy was performed at the proximal femur.If child patients'age was older than 3 years old,the cripetura osteotomy should be increased by 1-2cm,the bone was cut by arc at the attachment point of the joint capsule above the acetabulum margin,and the allogeneic bone block was implanted at the osteotomy position.The patients were followed up for 0.6~2.6 years to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results Among the 28 cases,17 cases were excellent,4 cases were good,3 cases were fair and 4 cases were poor,the excellent and good rate was 75.00%.Conclusions Acetabuloplasty and proximal femoral osteotomy has good application effect in children with developmental dislocation,which is recommended to be popularized.
