退休对城镇家庭闲暇消费变动的文化水平异质性效应研究

摘　　要：中国正处于人口老龄化阶段,老年人口退休后的闲暇消费值得关注。根据中国的强制退休政策所形成的退休冲击,利用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2014年、2016年、2018年家庭微观数据,运用模糊断点回归方法,以城镇家庭文教娱乐消费为研究视角,考察退休对中国城镇家庭闲暇消费的影响。研究结果表明,退休显著增加了城镇家庭在文教娱乐方面的支出。从文化水平异质性角度,分析了户主退休对城镇家庭文教娱乐消费的影响。不同文化水平的户主退休后,其家庭的文教娱乐支出存在较大差异:受过高等教育的户主退休后,其家庭的文教娱乐消费显著增加;未受过高等教育的户主退休后,其家庭的文教娱乐消费有一定程度增加但增加幅度不显著。China is undergoing population aging,and leisure consumption of the elderly after retirement is worth paying attention to.On the basis of the exogenous impact of retirement due to China’s mandatory retirement policy and the family micro data from China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)in 2014,2016,and 2018,and from the perspective of cultural,educational and recreational expenses of urban families,this paper used fuzzy regression discontinuity to explore the impact of retirement on leisure consumption in urban China.Results show that retirement has resulted in a remarkably increase in leisure expenses of China’s urban families.Then,from the perspective of heterogeneity at the cultural level,this paper analyzed the influence of the head of a household’s retirement on household leisure expenditure in urban China.Significant differences in this expenditure exist among families,heads of which have various levels of education.Recreational retirement expenses of families whose heads boast a higher education have dramatically increased;expenses of other families have seen a certain increase,but the increase is not significant.
