摘　　要：社会主义文化强国建设以建立在实践基础之上的文化创造理论为思想基础,以开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的现实需要为实践维度,以人的自由全面发展的价值诉求为价值向度。文化强国的建设过程不断为实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命积聚着强大动力,同时文化的兴盛本身也是实现历史使命的外在标志和重要体现。建设社会主义文化强国必须坚持马克思主义的指导,构筑中华民族共同的精神家园,满足人们的美好精神生活需要,实现中国文化与世界文化的融通互动。To establish a socialist country with strong culture is to take the cultural creation based on practice as its ideological foundation,the reality need of starting a new journey to fully build a modern socialist country as its practice dimension,the value demands of the free and all-round development of human beings as its value dimension.The process of building the strong cultural state constantly accumulates strong power for the realization of the historical mission of national rejuvenation.At the same time,the prosperity of culture itself is the external sign and important embodiment of the realization of the historical mission.To establish a socialist country with strong culture,we must adhere to the guidance of Marxism,build the common spiritual home of Chinese nation,meet the needs of people’s good spiritual life,and realize the interaction between Chinese culture and world culture.
