摘  要:气液分离器是空间堆的重要装置之一,而筛网是分离器中常用的核心部件.文中以SP-100中的气液分离器的核心部件—筛网为研究对象,对不同类型筛网的流动特性进行了数值模拟计算,研究了不同几何结构和不同入口流速对各流动参数的影响.通过对总压损失和流场局部细节的综合分析发现:不同几何结构的筛网,总压损失随着入口流速的增大而增大,总压损失幅值与筛网空间编织结构有关;在不同入口流速条件下,阻力系数随雷诺数变化近似为负线性关系,荷兰斜织筛网的阻力系数最低,综合性能最好.该研究可为分离特定粒径气泡的筛网结构的设计提供参考.Gas liquid separator is one of the most important devices in space reactor,and screen is the core part of separator.Screen,the core component of the gas-liquid separator in SP-100,is taken as the research object herein.The effects of structure and inlet velocity on the flow characteristics were numerically simulated.Through the comprehensive analysis of the total pressure loss and the local details of the flow field,it is found that the total pressure loss increases with the increase of the inlet velocity for the screen with different struc-tures,and the amplitude of the total pressure loss is related to the braided structure of the screen.Under differ-ent inlet velocity,the resistance coefficient has a negative linear relationship with Reynolds number,and the re-sistance coefficient of the Dutch Twist skew woven screen is the lowest with the best comprehensive perform-ance.Generally,this study can provide a reference for the design of screen structure for separating bubbles with specific particle size.
