摘　　要：目的了解长沙市不同专业大学生对抗生素合理使用的知识、态度和行为的现状,分析影响原因,为进一步指导大学生抗生素合理使用提供科学建议。方法对长沙市高校不同专业本科在读的238名大学生进行问卷调查。以“问卷星”软件链接和纸质版问卷于2019年12月~2020年3月派发问卷,并对回收的有效问卷进行数据分析。结果共有200位在校大学生完成有效问卷调查。对抗生素的使用行为和使用态度,采用李克特5点量表法(Likert scale)进行统计分析,对抗生素的基本知识认知情况和不同性别对抗生素的行为情况,采用χ2检验,结果分析表明,大学生的专业、性别是影响抗生素合理使用的显著因素。结论在校大学生缺乏正确、全面的抗生素使用知识、态度与合理用药的行为。应当加强对大学生的药品知识普及教育,纠正错误用药观念和习惯,做到合理用药。Objective To understand the current situation of knowledge,attitude and behavior about rational use of antibiotics among college students of different majors in Changsha,analyze the influencing factors,and provide scientific suggestions for rational use of antibiotics for college students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 238 undergraduates of different majors in Changsha.The questionnaire was sent out from December 2019 to March 2020 with"questionnaire star"software link and paper version,and analyze the data of the effective questionnaire.Results A total of 200 college students completed the effective questionnaire survey.The use behavior and attitude of antibiotics were analyzed by Likert scale,the cognition of basic knowledge of antibiotics and the behavior of antibiotics of different genders were tested byχ2 test,analysis showed that the major and gender of college students were significant factors influencing the rational use of antibiotics.Conclusion College students lack correct and comprehensive knowledge,attitude and behavior of rational use of antibiotics.We should strengthen the popularization of drug knowledge among college students,correct the wrong ideas and habits of drug use,and make rational drug use.
