左卡尼汀口服液临床应用处方分析

摘　　要：目的分析某院门诊使用左卡尼汀口服液的特点,讨论其临床实际应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法统计分析某院2020年门诊左卡尼汀口服液处方。结果8803张左卡尼汀口服液处方中,1~9岁患者使用比例最高,占44.05%,患者临床诊断分布情况:主要为儿童遗传代谢与内分泌科(66.83%)、生殖健康与不孕症科(28.17%)、儿童保健科(1.74%)、康复医学科(1.73%)及其他科室(1.53%)。结论某院左卡尼汀口服液儿童遗传代谢与内分泌科主要用于遗传性代谢病等,生殖健康与不孕症科主要用于男性不育症、弱精子症等;儿童保健科主要用于生长发育迟缓、营养元素缺乏等;康复医学科主要用于精神发育迟缓、癫痫等;心脏中心主要用于心肌病、心功能不全等;左卡尼汀用于防治左卡尼汀缺乏,作为能量代谢药,其临床应用领域广泛,合理使用至关重要。Objective To Analyze the characteristics of Levocarnitine oral solution in outpatient clinics of a hospital,discuss its clinical application,and provide a reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods Statistical analysis of the prescription of Levocarnitine oral solution in outpatient department of a hospital in 2020.Results Among the 8,803 prescriptions of Levocarnitine oral solution,patients aged 1~9 years old use the highest proportion,accounting for 44.05%.The distribution of clinical diagnosis of patients:mainly in children's genetic metabolism and endocrinology(66.83%),reproductive health and infertility Department(28.17%),Child Health Department(1.74%),Rehabilitation Medicine Department(1.73%)and other departments(1.53%).Conclusion The Department of Child Genetic Metabolism and Endocrinology of a hospital of Levocarnitine oral solution is mainly used for inherited metabolic diseases.The Department of Reproductive Health and Infertility is mainly used for male infertility and asthenospermia;the Department of Child Health is mainly used for growth.Developmental delay,lack of nutrients,etc.;Rehabilitation medicine is mainly used for mental retardation,epilepsy,etc.;Heart center is mainly used for cardiomyopathy,cardiac insufficiency,etc.;Levocarnitine is used to prevent Levocarnitine deficiency,as an energy metabolism drugs have a wide range of clinical applications,and rational use is essential.
