核苷类抗疱疹病毒药物联合He-Ne激光照射治疗带状疱疹的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探究与分析核苷类抗疱疹病毒药物联合He-Ne激光照射治疗带状疱疹的疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年6月~2020年6月期间来院就诊的160例带状疱疹患者,采取随机数字表法分组,每组各80例,对照组给予核苷类抗疱疹病毒药物阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组加用He-Ne激光照射治疗,对比两组临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、止痛时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间及治疗前后血清核因子κB(NF-κB)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与趋化因子10(CXCL10)水平、不良反应。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比VAS评分更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比止痛时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间均缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比NF-κB、TNF-α与CXCL10水平均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论核苷类抗疱疹病毒药物联合He-Ne激光照射治疗带状疱疹可获得更好的临床疗效,有效缓解疼痛,加快康复速度,调节血清NF-κB、TNF-α与CXCL10水平,未增加不良反应,安全性较高。Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy and safety of nucleoside antiherpes virus drugs combined with He-Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods Selete June 2018 to June 2020 visits to the college during the period of 160 patients with herpes zoster,take a random number table method group,80 cases in each group,control group given nucleoside anti-herpes virus drug Acyclovir therapy,observation group added with He-Ne laser treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)and analgesic time,scabby,scab off time and before and after treatment serum levels of nuclear factorκB(NF-κB),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and chemokines 10(CXCL10)levels and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the analgesic time,scab formation time and scab off time of the observation group were shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of NF-κB,TNF-αand CXCL10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nucleoside anti-herpes virus drugs combined with He-Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster can obtain better clinical efficacy,effectively relieve pain,speed up rehabilitation,regulate serum NF-κB,TNF-αand CXCL10 levels,without increasing adverse reactions,with high safety.
