摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联用依折麦布治疗冠心病对脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A_(2)(lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A_(2),Lp-PLA_(2))表达水平的影响。方法2019年7月~2021年1月选择在南通大学附属瑞慈医院心内科住院诊治的冠心病患者70例,根据随机信封抽签原则把患者分为研究组与对照组各35例。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,研究组给予瑞舒伐他汀联用依折麦布治疗,两组都治疗观察4周,检测血清Lp-PLA_(2)表达变化情况。结果两组治疗后的TG、TC、LDL-C、Lp-PLA_(2)、NT-proBNP、hs-CRP、LVEDd、LVESd低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前后HDL-C值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀联用依折麦布治疗冠心病能抑制Lp-PLA2的表达,降低血脂,抑制炎症因子的表达,从而促进改善患者的心功能。Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of coronary heart disease on the expression of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A_(2)(Lp-PLA_(2)).Methods From From July 2019 to January 2021,70 patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of Ruici Hospital,Nantong Universitywere selected.All the patients were equally divided into the into study group(n=35)and control group(n=35)accorded to the principle of random envelope drawing.The control group were treated with rosuvastatin and the study group were treated with rosuvastatin combined with ezetimibe.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and the changes in serum Lp-PLA_(2)expression were detected.Results The TG,TC,LDL-C,Lp-PLA_(2),NT-proBNP,hs-CRP,LVEDd,LVESd after treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05),there were no significant difference in HDL-C value compared between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of coronary heart disease can inhibit the expression of Lp-PLA_(2),reduce the blood lipids,and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,thereby promote the improvement of patients'cardiac function.
