摘　　要：目的:通过描述山东省2017—2019年各地市县(市、区)级医院人均住院费用的空间分布情况及特征,分析各区县之间费用增长的空间相关性和差异性,为合理控制山东省各地区医疗费用提供参考建议。方法:利用ArcGIS 10.5分析人均住院费用空间自相关、Getis-Ord Gi*局部热点,研究其分布的空间相关性及冷热点区域。结果:山东省各县(市、区)级医院人均住院费用总体上仍呈上涨趋势,且区域之间差异较大;全局Moran’s I为正值,具有统计学意义(P<0.01),总体上呈全局空间自相关态势;Getis-Ord Gi*热点分析显示山东省各县(市、区)人均住院费用存在"热点"和"冷点"聚集区。结论:山东省人均住院费用总体上仍呈上涨趋势,因此需建立合理控费机制;对于人均住院费用呈现的空间差异性,需因地制宜精准施策,加强对冷热点地区的关注。Objective:By describing the spatial distribution and characteristics of the per capita hospitalization expenses in country-level hospitals of each city in Shandong Province from 2017 to 2019,analyzing the spatial correlation and difference of the expense growth among districts and counties,so as to provide references and suggestions for the reasonable control of medical expenses in various regions of Shandong Province.Methods:ArcGIS 10.5 is used to analyze the spatial autocorrelation and Getis-Ord Gi local hot spots of per capita hospitalization expenses.The spatial correlation and cold hot spots of distribution are studied.Results:The per capita hospitalization expenses of county-level hospitals in Shandong Province are still rising on the whole,and there are great differences among regions.The global Moran’s I is positive and statistically significant(P<0.01),showing a global spatial autocorrelation;Getis-Ord Gi*hot spot analysis shows that there are"hot spots"and"cold spots"in the per capita hospitalization expenses of counties in Shandong Province.Conclusion:The per capita hospitalization expenses in Shandong Province are still on the rise,so it is necessary to establish a reasonable cost control mechanism.For the spatial difference of per capita hospitalization expenses,it is necessary to make precise policies according to local conditions and pay more attention to cold hot spots.
