摘　　要：知识产权证券化是科技与金融的有效结合,在解决科技型中小企业融资难问题的同时,也促进了知识产权的转移转化。知识产权证券化在中国的实践尚处于探索阶段,适用于中国情境的知识产权证券化模式尚不清晰。基于国内成功发行的6例知识产权证券化产品案例的比较分析,梳理中国情境下知识产权证券化的四种典型模式,在此基础上对中国情境下知识产权证券化实施中产品定位、资产池的构建、增信体系、运营主体等关键要素设计进行研究,从模式扩展、发起人、中介机构介入等方面对我国未来知识产权证券化业务发展进行展望,以期为我国知识产权证券化的实践和相关理论研究提供借鉴。Intellectual property securitization is an effective combination of science and technology and finance.It not only solves the financing problem of small and medium-sized science technology enterprises,but also promotes the transfer and transformation of intellectual property.The practice of intellectual property securitization in China is still in the exploratory stage,and the mode of intellectual property securitization suitable for China is not clear.Based on the comparative analysis of six successful cases of intellectual property securitization in China,four typical modes of intellectual property securitization in China are sorted out.On this basis,the design of key elements in the implementation of intellectual property securitization in China is explored,including product positioning,construction of asset pool,credit enhancement system,operation subject,etc.And the future development of intellectual property securitization in China is prospected from the aspects of model expansion,initiator and intermediary intervention to provide reference for the practice and related theoretical research of intellectual property securitization.
