数字经济发展对实体经济是否存在挤压效应?

摘　　要：通过建立指标体系对我国2011~2018年数字经济发展水平进行测度,基于反垄断视角探讨数字经济发展水平对实体经济的影响效应。结果表明:数字经济快速发展的同时,省份之间依然存在较大的差距,但该差距随着时间的推移在一定程度上缩小了;我国数字经济发展对实体经济产生了一定的挤压;从影响程度来看,由于各地区的实体经济发展水平差异呈现出东部>中部>西部的态势,数字经济对于实体经济的挤出效应也存在边际递减规律;如果我国不断提升金融市场发展程度,为实体经济创造高效的金融服务,数字经济发展对实体经济的挤压效应会越来越小。鉴于此,政府应创新数字产业监管模式,为产业发展薄弱地区提供一个数字化转型的市场环境,并加快金融市场的开放程度。Through the establishment of an indicator system,the development level of China’s digital economy from 2011 to 2018 is measured,and the impact of the development of the digital economy on the real economy is discussed based on the anti-monopoly perspective.The results show that while the digital economy is developing rapidly,the"digital gap"has been formed between the developed and underdeveloped regions,but the gap has narrowed to a certain extent over time.The current development of China’s digital economy has had a negative impact on the real economy.From the perspective of the degree of influence,since the difference in the level of real economy development in various regions shows that the east is greater than the central and the west,the crowding out effect of the digital economy on the real economy also has a marginal diminishing law.If we continuously improve the degree of financial market,and continuously create efficient financial services for the real economy,the squeezing effect of the development of the digital economy on the real economy will become smaller and smaller.In view of this,the government should innovate the digital industry regulatory model,provide a digitally transformed market environment for areas with weak industries and speed up the opening of financial market.
