摘　　要：阅读疗法作为阅读推广的重要组成部分,成为高校图书馆阅读推广的主要任务。面向广大大学生群体,高校图书馆通过书目推荐等阅读疗法手段,引领其塑造健康的价值观。在全媒体时代背景下,大学生群体的阅读空间被网络文学、小视频等全媒体类型的阅读素材挤占,阅读素材价值良莠不齐。高校图书馆针对大学生群体身心发展状况和阅读习惯,创新阅读疗法,在重视书籍的前提下,广泛接纳新型阅读素材,运用全媒体手段,遵守传统中医"君、臣、佐、使"方剂配伍原则,添加影视作品、社交平台、短视频等相关内容,灵活运用各类阅读素材,扬长避短,融会贯通,全方位推广实施阅读疗法。As an important part of reading promotion, reading therapy has become one of the mainstream tasks of university libraries. Facing the college students, university libraries lead them to shape healthy values through reading therapy means such as bibliography recommendation. Under the background of omnimedia era, the reading space of college students is occupied by omnimedia reading materials such as network literature and small video, and the value of reading materials is uneven. In order to meet the physical and mental development and reading habits of college students, university libraries innovate reading therapy, widely accept new reading materials on the premise of paying attention to books, use omnimedia means, comply with the traditional Chinese medicine " monarch, minister, assistant and envoy " prescription principle, add film and television works, social platforms, short videos and other related contents. We use all kinds of reading materials flexibly to promote the implementation of reading therapy in all aspects, developing strengths and avoid weaknesses, and using it comprehensively to ensure the integration and absorption of reading curative effect.
