摘　　要：烧创伤后的继发性瘢痕性脱发(以下简称瘢痕性脱发)影响美观,甚至影响患者的身心健康,降低其生活质量及幸福感。自体毛发移植为瘢痕性脱发的治疗提供了一种思路,使移植后的毛发呈现自然的生长状态。本文对瘢痕性脱发与自体毛发移植进行介绍,并对自体毛发移植在瘢痕性脱发治疗中的应用、局限性进行综述。Secondary cicatricial alopecia(hereinafter referred to as cicatricial alopecia)after burn and trauma affects the aesthetic appearance and even the physical and mental health of patients,and reduces their quality of life and happiness.Autologous hair transplantation provides an idea for the treatment of cicatricial alopecia,which makes the transplanted hair show a natural growth state.This paper introduces the cicatricial alopecia and autologous hair transplantation and reviews the application and limitations of autologous hair transplantation in treating cicatricial alopecia.
